KORRES WILDROSE LIP BUTTER

Lipbalms with a tint are great for those days when you don't want to wear a gloss or lipstick but wants a sheer color loaded with moisture on the lips. Thats what I want from a lipbalm and thats how I ended up buying this korres product.

What it claims:-
A buttery lip balm that melts on the lips and offers a shiny, tinted finish. The combination of shea butter and rice wax offers deep hydration and softness. Ideal for chapped lips.

Pros:-
Is moisturising when it goes on to the lips.
Gives a real good tint.
No artificial ingredients.
Has a pleasant smell.
No weird taste.
The tint lasts for quite sometime.
Easy to carry around.
The small pot lasts for quite a long time.

Cons:-
The lip balm tends to dry out the lips a tad too much, so, the big claims fall through.
The tint tends to settle in on the lines on the lips in a not so pretty way.
Not at all ideal for chapped lips.
Only available at selected areas.
Price, 600 rs

I will not repurchase this, even though I like the sheer tint that it gives........as its too drying on my lips. Anyone of you guys use this lipbalm........like it or hate it......

Nice review, Anju! I've tried the Korres Lip Butter in Quince and I kinda like it...its pretty good to leave a stain on the cheeks as well ;)

i wish this product were better. i think a tinted lipbalm is a great idea as long as it actually moisturizes and has a lasting color.

I bought this on sale at Beauty Brands, because I'm a sucker for lip balms. This has almost a gel-like consistency, and it has a nice light rose scent. It gives a sheer reddish-pink wash of color that you can apply without a mirror, but it is definitely somewhat buildable if you want a darker color. As far as the lip balm, it is pretty moisturizing and doesn't feel thick, heavy or waxy like some balms. Overall I'm pretty happy with this and will definitely repurchase.
