BB Cream is a Korean concept. It is a cream(read lighter than a foundation & better than tinted moisturiser) that blends into the skin and covers all the imperfections and is also supposed to heal your skin too. Its quite a rage in most of the Asian countries and has crossed over to the western countries. Now, Maybelline has come up with a BB cream and when I saw it I just had to purchase it.
Shades available:- Nude, Radiance & Natural. I opted for the "nude" shade.
BB cream actually stands for Blemish Balm, but Maybelline has changed it to Bright Benefit cream. I love the packaging and the tube is really small.
The tube packaging is really nice as its hygienic. All you need is a very small amount of product.
What all it does can be read from the pic above.
Its definitely NOT my shade but this was the closest I could find among the 3 shades available. It is a beige color and has a pink undertone to it and I have a yellow undertone.
After blending it out. Its as though there is nothing there!!! Thats exactly the problem. I put this on my face and I give it 5/5 for blending in abilities. At the same time it does not provide any coverage nor does it give any sort of glow to my face. It doesn't do any harm and doesn't do any good either. Its easily blendable and is ok even for very oily skin like mine. It has spf 21 which is a huge +++. The product is very light and not very oily either. It has a very slight but pleasant fragrance. It has a tendency to cling to patchy surfaces. I have a very oily skin so I don't put moisturiser before applying this instead I spray some SKINDINAVIA finishing spray which takes care of the flakies without adding any extra shine.
This BB cream has a lot of good reviews from other bloggers so if you are interested in purchasing this, please go through their reviews too.
Price:- 199 for 18ml.
Repurchase:- Nope.

I hope you are having a great day!
I'm going to b'lore next weekend and i thought of buying this to be used there coz it's pretty much a compact product and i could afford to avoid carrying bulky foundation jars..but ur review got me thinkin..it does nothing..sigh! but i might try it just for convenience sake :(
I tried it out couldn't find a close match for my NC 45 skin tone and it just made the flakiness more pronounced..Na Da for me!
I tried this too and even I was not very impressed.. still trying to make it work for me !!
I thought it was ok.. not good but not bad either..
